Tom was admitted in August 2008 after completing combined degrees in Computing and Law from the University of Tasmania in 2007 and the Legal Practice Course in 2008. Tom is the newest addition to Clerk Walker and practices in the area of commercial law including:-

• Buying and selling property or business;
• Wills, Power of Attorney and Power of Guardian;
• Administration of deceased estates;
• Leases;
• Business names;
• Intellectual property;
• All property and commercial matters.
